Rooms or spaces in the Community Center will not be designated for the exclusive use by any organization, nor used as a recreational, educational and similar activities or functions. Retail sale activities, religious services, and political gatherings shall not be permitted. No one under the age of sixteen (16) is permitted without a parent or guardian at all times.
