This Community/Conference Rooms Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Greater Brighton Fire Protection District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District”), and the individual or entity signing this Agreement on the space provided on the last page of this Agreement (the “Renter”). If the individual or entity signing this Agreement is not a resident of the District the individual or entity must be doing business with/or on behalf of the District.
