This Community Development Block Grant Loan Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of September 1, 2020, is made by and between THE CITY OF PALMDALE, a municipal corporation (“City”) and JUNIPER GROVE APARTMENTS, L.P., a California limited partnership (“Owner”). City and Owner and their respective permitted successors and assigns, referred to as the “Parties,” agree as follows.

Individually, the County Board and the Borrower may each be referred to hereinafter as the “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in the Agreement have the respective meanings specified in Article I.
