CAREFULLY READ THIS COMMUNITY EDITION LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) WHICH GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY EDITION OF THE ARAS INNOVATOR SOFTWARE YOU ARE ABOUT TO ACCESS, DOWNLOAD AND/OR INSTALL (THE “LICENSED SOFTWARE”). THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN ARAS CORPORATION (“ARAS”) AND THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE ON YOUR OWN BEHALF OR FOR YOUR EMPLOYER (HEREINAFTER, “LICENSEE”). THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION MADE AVAILABLE TO LICENSEE (THE “DOCUMENTATION”) IS MADE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT, ANY AND ALL REFERENCES TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL INCLUDE ALL DOCUMENTATION GENERALLY MADE AVAILABLE BY ARAS IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED SOFTWARE.

IMPORTANT: This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) “you” or “Customer”, and “UiPath” as defined herein (“UiPath” means either or both (a) when the UiPath Platform is licensed in North America: UiPath Inc., located at 90 Park Avenue, 20th floor, 10016 New York, New York, United States; (b) when licensed outside North America: UiPath SRL, located at 4 Vasile Alecsandri Str. and 11 Daniel Constantin Str., Building A, 5th and 6th floors, District 1, 010613 Bucharest, Romania). If you reside in North America, your relationship is with UiPath Inc. and the UiPath RPA Platform is governed by the law of New York, U.S.A. If you reside outside of North America, your relationship is with UiPath SRL, and the CEUP is governed by the laws of Romania.
