This Community Education Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Cerritos Community College District (“District”) and Total Control Training, Inc. (“Contractor”) this 8th day of July, 2021. The District and Contractor are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement is entered into by the District and Contractor with reference to the following recitals, all of which are incorporated herein.
