GENERAL INFORMATION: Each gardener is expected to read and abide by the SCG Rules and Policies. Each gardener is responsible for supplying their own seeds/plants, fertilizer and equipment - including hoses. Each gardener is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their garden plot. Watering, weeding, harvesting and any other garden related maintenance are all the responsibility of the gardener. Gardens which exceed the City of Spencer Law of 8 inches will be mowed down.
