THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of , 2015 by and between the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”); and Natman Real Estate International, LLC (the “Owner”) and Raju Sheth, (the “Developer”) (with the “Owner,” the “Developer” and the “City” collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
