This Community License Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between an individual (“Licensee”) and AIMMS B.V. (“AIMMS”) for the Software (as defined below). By installing or using the Software or by clicking on “accept” Licensee agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement and Licensee represents it has the authority to enter into this Agreement. If Licensee does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, it must not install or use the Software. This Agreement shall govern Licensee’s installation and use of the Software as of the Effective Date.
