These COMMUNITY RULES ("Rules ") are incorporated into the Residential Lease Agreement ("Lease") entered into by (“You” or "Resident(s)") and are in addition to all terms and conditions contained in the Lease. Any term not specifically defined herein, but defined in the Lease, shall have the same meaning as in the Lease. New Rules or changes to amendments to these Rules may be adopted by Landlord upon giving 30 days’ notice to Resident(s) in writing.
