This Alliant Energy® Community Solar Contract is made and entered into by and between Wisconsin Power and Light Company, a Wisconsin corporation, having a mailing address of 4902 N. Biltmore Lane, Madison, WI 53718 (“Company” or “WPL”), and the Subscriber for participation in the Alliant Energy Community Solar program as identified via the submitted enrollment form. The term Party or Parties refers to either the Company or the Subscriber, or both, as applicable in context. The Contract consists of the submitted enrollment form, these terms and conditions and the Company’s tariffs approved by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (“Commission”), as may be amended from time to time.

This Community Solar Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 23, 2023, (the “Effective Date”) by and between ECD Solar DC Phase 2 LLC (“Seller” or “we”) and the Subscriber named above (“you” or the “Subscriber”), pursuant to which Subscriber will subscribe for Credits (defined below) produced by the solar photovoltaic CREF described herein (the “CREF”) participating in the [utility name] Community Solar Program (the “Program”). Seller and Subscriber are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
SUNGARDENS MARYLAND SUBSCRIBER AGREMEENTCommunity Solar Contract • December 29th, 2021 • Maryland
This SunGardens Maryland Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions of an agreement between you, the Customer identified in the preceding Maryland Community Solar Contract Summary (the “Contract Summary”), and us, an affiliate of the Community Solar Provider identified in the Contract Summary. By signing the Contract Summary, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Under our Community Solar Contract, you will subscribe to Solar Credits, as defined below, that are created by the Solar Generating System identified by SunGardens to Customer from time to time.
