This Community Waste Abatement Grant Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into by and between the County of Dakota, acting through its Environmental Resources Department (County) and City of West St. Paul, itself and acting as the fiscal agent for the cities of South St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake, and Lilydale (Grantees).
