THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the CITY OF MILPITAS (“Milpitas” or “City”), a municipal corporation, and SILICON VALLEY UNWIRED, INC. (“SVU”), a non-profit corporation of the State of California, on this day of , 2008 (“Effective Date”). The City and SVU may sometimes be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.”
