ENGAGEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”), a United States Government corporation, and the Republic of Senegal acting through its (the “Government”), as represented by its Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transport, and Improved Access.
