(“Agency”) has elected to participate in the Comparable Database (“Comparable Database”). The Comparable Database software is licensed by the Georgia Housing Finance Authority (“GHFA”), who has designated it to be solely administered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”). The Comparable Database is a database that collects and maintains information on the characteristics and service needsof clients. The system collects and stores client–level data, which can be used to generate unduplicatedand aggregate reports to determine the use and effectiveness of the services being provided to the homeless population. The Comparable Database is comparable to a Homeless Management Information System, except it is a closed system.
