Sony Electronics Inc.Compliance Addendum • October 11th, 2022
This Environmental Compliance Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements, and is made part of, your (“Provider”) Purchase Order, Services Agreement, Purchase Agreement and/or Work Order (individually and collectively referred to as the “Agreement”, as applicable) with Sony Electronics Inc. (“Sony”). The terms and conditions of the Agreement, as applicable, apply to this Addendum; provided that to the extent there is a conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall control. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Agreement. Provider accepts all terms and conditions of this Addendum, which are incorporated by reference, by executing the Agreement.
