The following terms constitute a binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you, as an investor (“Investor” or “you”) and Compound Real Estate Bonds, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries, collectively “Compound,” “we” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Compound Bonds (the “Compound Bonds”) that you may, from time to time, make from Compound.
