REPORT/RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIAComprehensive Allocation Agreement • May 15th, 2017
Accept the amended Comprehensive Allocation Agreement (Agreement No.14-762 A-4) (Agreement No. 14-10534-A04), effective July 1, 2016, from the California Department of Public Health for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness and the State General Fund Pandemic Influenza programs to provide continued support for public health emergency preparedness, increasing the combined allocation amount by $221,833, from $5,989,582 to $6,211,415, for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2017, and extending the period to expend the 2016-17 funds by one year from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
