This Comprehensive Recreation Fields and Facilities Use Agreement ("Agreement"), to be effective on January 1, 2022, is made by and between the Teton County School District #1, a duly organized school district of the State of Wyoming ("the School District" or “TCSD”); and Teton County, Wyoming, a duly organized county of the State of Wyoming and the Town of Jackson, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation (collectively "the Town/County").
