Quinn, an individual with his principal residence at 59 Beachmont Terrace, North Caldwell, NJ 07006 (“Employee”), Tiffany and Company, a New York corporation with executive offices at 200 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (“Employer”) and Tiffany & Co., a Delaware corporation with executive offices at 200 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (“Parent”).
