This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 284.056, Section 284.201, and Section 284.301 of the Texas Local Government Code, this day of 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Hilshire Village, (the “City”) and GTE Mobilnet of South Texas, LP d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Network Provider”).
