In the event of the Artist’s death or total incapacity, “Artist” means the Artist’s heirs, devisees, beneficiaries, trusts, assignees or other successors-in- interest. “Producer” includes the licensees, assignees, future owners, or other acquirers or successors-in-interest of Producer.
