This CONCESSION AND LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, (the "Agreement") is entered into effective as of June 10, 2008 (the "Effective Time") by and between DEEP DOG PROPERTIES, LLC a Colorado limited liability company (the "Seller"), and TRILINK PROPERTIES, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Purchaser”) and TRILINK ENERGY, INC.
