Conditions Contract: these terms and conditions as amended from time to time in accordance with clause 2.7. the contract constituted by the Written Proposal and these Conditions, entered into between the Supplier and the Customer for the supply of theProducts and/or the Services. Core Hours: between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday but excluding public orbank holidays. Currency: UK Pounds Sterling or such other currency as set out in theWritten Proposal. Customer: the person, firm or company (details of which are set out in the Written Proposal) who directly purchases Products and/or Services from the Supplier, whether for its own benefit, the benefit of a thirdparty End User or otherwise. Default Event: means any of the events described in clauses 15.2.1 -15.2.9.
