This Contract is entered into by and between ACC SC Management, LLC (“Manager”) on behalf of CHF-Collegiate Housing Island Campus, L.L.C. (“Owner”) and Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi (“Tenant” or “TAMU-CC”) for use of beds and other accommodations which comprise the “Miramar” student housing facilities located on the campus of TAMU-CC (the “Premises”), for the purpose of TAMU-CC’s camps and conferences. All attendees of the camps and conferences shall be referred to as “Participants” hereinafter.
