This Confidential Agreement is entered into by the biological parents (i.e the male from which the sperm is administrated and the female from which the egg is administrated to produce a child) and/or their prospective partners (“Parent”) and (“Parents”), and their as yet unborn progeny (“Unborn Child”). (hereinafter “Unborn Child”).
