This Confidential Separation Agreement and General Release (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Mary Margaret H. “Margo” Georgiadis (“Executive”) and Groupon, Inc. (the “Company”) (collectively, referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”).
