know-how, technical knowledge, all personal and sensitive data, medical records and all discussions, negotiations and services offered or to be offered, which wholly or partially relate to this Agreement or any of its Schedules or to the affairs of the Disclosing Party or its affiliates, which may include all oral, written, printed, photographically and electronically recorded information of all types, documents, data, letters, agreements, undertakings, structures, products, messages, codes, data, formulae, specifications, blueprints, plans, processes, marketing methods, technologies and technological information, intellectual property rights, customer lists, supplier lists, projects, projections, cash flow charts, software and copies, systems and applications, notes and extracts, and the strategic plans, direction, manner, timing and implementation of any projects to be undertaken, subject to the exclusions contained in clause 5 below ("Confidential Information"). ،ﺔ�بطﻟا تﻼجسﻟاو ،ﺔﺴﺎ
