This Confidentiality and Inventions Assignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc., Maui Electric Company, Limited, and Hawai‘i Electric Light Company, Inc., and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Company”), and the individual identified in the signature block below (“me”, “I” or “Employee”, however so used).
