This Confidentiality and Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date last signed below or any earlier date agreed to by the parties (“Effective Date”), by and between 42Gears Mobility Systems Pvt. Ltd and its subsidiaries, (“42Gears”), and the individual set forth on the signature page below (the “Recipient”). In consideration of the mutual obligations in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

Threat assessment teams function in accordance with the Valdez School District Threat Assessment Guidebook as attached by exhibit to BP3515. The purpose of a threat assessment team is to promote overall safety and security with an emphasis on incident prevention for all school district stakeholders. This is accomplished by identifying and addressing potential threats in a timely manner.
