This Executive Confidentiality, Inventions and Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 12, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Kenloc INC., a Nevada corporation, with its principal place of business located at 321 W.
