THIS CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-COMPETE AND PROPERTY RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 16th day of July, 2014, between RJF LABS, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), having its principal place of business at 11767 S.
