Starion Energy, Inc. (“Starion”) is an electricity supplier licensed by the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to offer and supply electricity in the State of Connecticut (Docket No. 09-10-10). Customer understands that Starion is not affiliated with or representing the Electric Distribution Company (“EDC”) or the PURA. The prices Starion charges are not regulated by the PURA. You understand that you are not required to choose Starion as your electric supplier.

Agreement to Purchase Energy: This agreement (“Agreement’) between Starion Energy (“Seller) and the customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall initiate electricity service and begin enrollment with Starion. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Starion agrees to sell and deliver, and Customer agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity, as estimated by Starion, necessary to meet customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by Starion or the delivery schedule of the Local Distribution Utility (the “LDU”). The amount of electricity delivered under this agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by Starion or the LDU’s delivery schedule.
