This Consensual Termination of License Agreement (“Consensual Termination Agreement”) is made on May 30, 2017 (“Termination Date”) by and among BB BRAND HOLDINGS LLC (“Licensor”) and BEBE STORES, INC. / BEBE STUDIO, INC. (collectively, “Licensee”).
