Welcome to Independent Living, a program of CDS Family & Behavioral Health to youth 16 and older in foster care and young adults who exit foster care at the age of 18 or are eligible for and opt into Extended Foster Care in the form Services. We provide support services of independent living and life skill services in order to promote successful transition to self sufficiency as adults.
