(“Company”) wants to ensure that you have all of the information and resources that you need to effectively manage your real estate transaction. This Consent to the Use of Remote Online Notary Services, and Electronic Signature in Real Estate Transactions Agreement (“Consent Agreement”) is to be used in conjunction with digital and/or electronic signatures on deeds, deeds of trust, mortgages, notes, agreements, addendums, modifications, agreements, and other real estate transaction-related documents and materials (Transaction Documents) in connection with your (purchase/refinance/sale/lease) real estate transaction closing/settlement (“Transaction”) with the Company, whether it is a Transaction utilizing Remote On-line Notarization (“RON”) or any other form of Transaction which allows for digital and/or electronic signatures.
