, 2014, is made by and between , the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Conservation Exchange (“Board of Directors”) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (the “Service”), Wyoming Game & Fish Department (WGFD), U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and [others as appropriate]. The Board of Directors, the Service, WGFD and BLM and [others as appropriate] are hereafter referred to jointly as the “Parties.” This Agreement sets forth the intent of the Parties regarding the establishment, use, funding, operation, and maintenance of the Wyoming Conservation Exchange (the “Exchange”).
