We are pleased to have the opportunity to stock your book through our consignment program. Due to the economics of bookselling, it is not possible to carry every book published, and we must be especially diligent when approached to stock books outside our normal distribution chain. Our consignment program is an agreement between you, the author / consignor, and Story on the Square, the bookseller / consignee, to offer your book for sale in our bookstore. By leaving your books with us, you agree to abide by the guidelines in this agreement.

Krikawa Jewelry Designs, Inc. (“Krikawa”) provides you, the Seller, with a safe and secure outlet to sell your pre-owned fine jewelry. We market your jewelry in attractive showroom displays and to thousands of potential buyers via our website www.Krikawa.com. Krikawa insures your jewelry while in our possession. To prepare your items for re-sale, we conduct a thorough inspection, complete repairs, and polish your jewelry to showroom condition. We may also arrange for an independent appraisal by Gemologist certified by Gemological Institute of America and member of the American Society of Jewelry Appraisers.

SiB Café, LLC dba Spine Bookstore & Café agrees to stock and sell the product described below for a term of 1 year (365 days) at which time the sales agreement will be extended or closed based on sales reports. Payments for book sales will be made in a timely manner through an agreed upon electronic payment (for example: PayPal or Venmo). The Consignor’s percentage of sale will be 80% of retail with Spine’s percentage at 20%, less tax. It is the responsibility of the consignor to keep current contact information on file at Spine Bookstore & Café. When the sales agreement ends, the parties involved will either agree in writing to renew contract or arrange the return of unsold titles. Consignors have 30 days to respond to electronic notice from Spine Bookstore & Cafe at the end of this contract, failure to do so will transfer ownership of titles to SiB Cafe dba Spine Bookstore & Café and will be put into our community Share in Books program.
