This constitution is a voluntary agreement that sets out how the partners in the Island Strategic Partnership (ISP) will work together to achieve the vision and outcomes of Eco Island, the Island’s Sustainable Community Strategy in place at April 2008.

The following provisions will apply to GVPPG and MVPPG (each, ‘the PPG’) in all respects and to the Gosforth Valley Medical Practice and Moss Valley Medical Practice respectively (‘the Practice’, in either case).
