This Transmission to Load Interconnection, Construction and Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) Providing for Transmission-to-Load Interconnection among Public Service Company of Colorado and the MUNICIPAL ENERGY AGENCY OF NEBRASKA, and the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and among MUNICIPAL ENERGY AGENCY OF NEBRASKA, hereinafter referred to as or ”MEAN”, its successors and assigns, PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO, a Colorado corporation, hereinafter referred to as “PSCo” or “Transmission Provider”, and the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as “City of Glenwood Springs”.
