LUCIE, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, duly organized under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called “City”, and Culpepper & Terpening, Inc., 2980 South 25th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34981, Telephone No. 772-464-3537, hereinafter called “Engineer,” “Consultant,” or “Contractor.” The City and Engineer may be referred to herein individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
