This Construction Management Agreement is made and entered into effective as of November 27, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the School District of Mellen ( “Customer”) with principal offices located at 420 S Main St., Mellen, WI 54546 and Cooperative Educational Services Agency 10 (“CESA”) with principal offices located at 725 W Park Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729, for project management services, as more fully described herein.
