Authority of your Honorable Board is requested to enter into an Agreement in connection with the Construction Management Services for the Student Center Improvements/Expansion at Westchester Community College, Valhalla, New York. The consultant shall provide construction management services, value engineering service and construction cost estimates. The consultant shall also review design documents, bid analysis and make recommendations for awarding the construction contracts. The consultant shall also prepare project schedules during construction. This shall be comprised of shop drawing review and the scheduling of project meetings. The consultant shall review and prepare as-built drawings for the architect. This project does not involve multiple phases of completion.
