This Public Works Construction Contract ("Contract"), entered into by and between the INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION's Public Works Division (the "State" and “Owner”) and (the "Contractor" or “CMc”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein and is governed by IC 4-13.6, et seq. and IC 5-32, et seq.
