Contract Type FiledOctober 2nd, 2018The Consultant Agreement (FORM 31101) is designed for use primarily by Collier County Public Schools’ (CCPS) departments and sites to encumber funds and subsequently pay consultants for work completed or for in‐service provided. It may be used for other short term (less than 6 months) consultants but not for architects, engineers or other types of design or construction related professionals. The Consultant Agreement must be properly executed according to the instructions below.
