This Consultant, Representative and Professional Services Agreement, herein referred to as (“Agreement”), is made by and between Vistula Communication Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 405 Park Avenue, Suite 801, New York, NY 10022, USA (“VCSI”), and Quest Telecommunications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 303 South Broadway, Suite 101 Tarrytown, NY 10591, USA (“QTI”).
