This Consulting, Confidentiality, and Non-competition Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 13th day of November, 2007, by and among Somerset International Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter “Somerset” or the “Buyer”), Opie F.
