This Consulting Terms and Conditions (Australia) (“Agreement”) governs the business relationship between Optus Cyber Security Pty Ltd (ABN 45 625 409 958), on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, with a principal address at 1 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia, 2113 (“Trustwave”) and the client identified in a SOW (“Client” and together with Trustwave, the “Parties”, and each, a “Party”). The Agreement will apply where the Parties (i) have signed a SOW and (ii) have not separately agreed to a master services agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date on such SOW (“Effective Date”).
