This Account Agreement (“Agreement”) provides the account owner (“you”) with important information regarding your account with New Covenant Dominion Federal Credit Union (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Credit Union”). This Agreement also describes what you can expect from your banking relationship with us and applies to consumer accounts: those opened by individual(s) for personal, family, or household purposes. This Agreement—along with our Rate and Fee Schedule, Share Certificate Agreement, and periodic account statements—function as our Truth-In- Savings disclosures to you, as required by law.

This Agreement sets forth the terms, rules and regulations under which we will provide deposit services to you. When you sign your Account opening documents or initiate a transaction, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. For this reason, we encourage you to read the Agreement carefully and retain a copy for your records. Your Account(s) will be governed by the Agreement and any other product-specific agreement relating to the Account(s), the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If there is any conflict between the Agreement and law, the Agreement will be changed to the extent required by law. All terms are effective as of the date of this Agreement and may be amended from time to time.
