This Agreement applies to your use of our personal Digital Banking Services for consumers, including the WTB Online app and associated WTB Online services, which permits you to access your accounts with us via the internet for services selected by you and agreed upon by us (“Digital Banking”). This Agreement applies to all persons that are parties to the accounts. In this Agreement, the terms “you” and “your” refer to each authorized signer on an account accessible by Digital Banking, and the terms “us,” “we,” “our,” and “WTB” refer to Washington Trust Bank. By using Digital Banking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and acknowledge your receipt and understanding of the disclosures contained in this Agreement.
