This Consumer Online Banking Services Agreement (“Agreement”) contains important information regarding your rights and obligations as a user of HomeStreet’s Consumer Online Banking Services, including any Bill Payer, External Funds Transfer, eDocuments, and Round- Up to Savings (the “Services”). It also describes the rights and obligations of HomeStreet® Bank. This Agreement is supplemental to the Consumer Deposit Agreement, and any Terms and Conditions provided to you or made available to you via HomeStreet’s online banking system which applies to your accounts. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Consumer Deposit Agreement, this Agreement shall govern matters exclusively applicable to the Services and the Consumer Deposit Agreement shall govern all other terms applicable to your accounts generally.

This Consumer Online Banking Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of First Choice Bank’s Online Banking services (“the Services”). The Services allow you to perform a number of banking functions: accessing account balance and transaction information, internal funds transfer, bill payment, FCB People Pay and Web Connect for Quicken®. The service is accessible through the use of a personal computer and the Internet. When you use any of the Services described in the Agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
